We support a wide range of communication, swallowing and social communication needs, including speech sound difficulties, language disorders, autism, stammering, aphasia, voice disorders, dysphagia, neurological conditions, developmental language disorder (DLD), selective mutism and more.

We aim to offer appointments as quickly as possible. Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll discuss your needs and arrange the earliest suitable assessment or consultation.

Do you work with schools, nurseries and organisations?

Yes. We work closely with educational settings, businesses, healthcare providers and care organisations, offering therapy, communication screening, consultancy, staff training and bespoke support packages.

What makes The Speech Therapy Centre different?

Established in 2003, we combine specialist clinical expertise with a friendly, personalised approach. We offer services for both children and adults, multidisciplinary autism assessments, bespoke training, school partnerships and flexible appointments, ensuring support is tailored to every individual, family or organisation.

We provide speech and language therapy for children and adults, autism assess-ments, training through The Speech Therapy Centre Academy, school partnerships, communication screening, medico-legal services and specialist consultancy. We offer both assessment and ongoing therapy tailored to individual needs.

There is no fixed number of sessions. Following your assessment, your therapist will recommend a personalised therapy programme based on your goals, needs and progress.
